Strategic Change

This artifact is a plan for leading strategic change. Any change should have a plan that supports it. When making decisions that affect teaching and learning, collaboration on this plan from all stakeholders is important for the success of any initiative. Most technology initiatives are at least fairly complex. My Grandfather used to always tell me, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". This saying has stuck with me, and I believe that it is the number 1 reason that I have been able to implement several successful technology initiatives.
